I am from Guadalajara, and I needed a place that felt 100% Guadalajara, here they achieved it with their birotes balance and tejuino. My husband ordered a leg and meat lunch in its juice and it was also very delicious Thank you for bringing a little piece of GDL here

Although a little hidden, we found this little place. We ordered some delicious drowned cakes that were delicious!!! A delicious meat in its juice that we were fortunate to try since they only sell it on the first Sunday of the month. The golden potato taquitos with carnitas. The horchata water. Everything clean and at a good price. The place has parking, bathrooms and credit card payment.

Very good place to eat a typical drowned cake outside of Guadalajara, the birria is delicious! Without a doubt recommended, although the only thing to improve would be the times, we were the only ones in the restaurant and it took a little longer than expected, I imagine the bread and the tortilla are made to order and that's why the times, Advisable.
